The perfect adjustment of clearances for sector power steering gears.

Sector power steering gears deserve a special mention: they were created for industrial vehicles, are much stronger than power steering racks and have a decidedly longer lifespan. The wear they are subjected to means that simple seal replacement is not enough.

An increase in the interference between male and female screws, regulated by steel ball bearings that are precise to a thousandth of a millimetre, is compensated by using larger balls. In this way, it is possible to make new adjustments and recondition the group to its original functioning.
